Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a credit or replacement of products.
Glass goods are exempt from being returned. Due to the nature of the products, returns are not a sanitary, there for credits are the only given for damaged products.
To complete your return, Please email sales@cannadevices.com, include pictures of the box that was shipped as well as the damaged goods.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
